Running to Fleet Feet Sports in Roanoke, VA

The first group we visited on our journey was Fleet Feet Sports in Roanoke, VA. Fleet Feet Sports is a running store that specializes in introducing people to running. Blaine and Robin Lewis opened their store 9 years ago and have worked with hundreds of people to train them for races from 3 miles to 50 miles. Their unique approach includes running, nutrition, and cross training. Four people over the past 9 years have lost 100 pounds each.

They began offering Optima Health to their employees a couple of months ago and the transition from their other carrier was very easy. They intend to take advantage of Optima Health health and wellness programs …a company after their own heart — and soles.
